Every order will be processed within 24 hours and shipped via DHL.
Delivery time in Germany: 2-4 working days
Delivery to other EU countries: 3-10 working days
Important note: Delivery times depend on the completion of the order within certain deadlines.

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5.90. Shipping is free for orders over €100.
For international shipping, we charge a flat rate of €17.90.

With the shipping confirmation email, we will send you a tracking code from DHL. You can then enter this into DHL TRACKING to track your package.

In the shipping confirmation email you will find a tracking code which you can use to track your order.
If your order has not been delivered, please contact us. We will submit a tracing request. Please note that this can usually take 7-10 working days. As soon as we have an answer, we will contact you.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. After receipt of the goods, the value of the goods will be refunded to you.

Please note that you may have to compensate for the loss of value within the framework of the right of withdrawal. This happens if you return the goods to us in a deteriorated condition. To avoid this, we ask you to note:
All items sold by ROS Clothing are provided with a label. This must not be removed when trying on the goods.
For a proper return, we only accept goods with the original attached label. The items must not be damaged or soiled.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for the goods until your return arrives. Pack your return in such a way that the items are protected from damage. All returned goods will be carefully checked. We assume no liability for items or deliveries incorrectly returned to us.

It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive the return. After receipt of the return, the goods will be properly checked. If payment for the returned items has already been made, we will issue a credit note for the value of the goods at the price at which you purchased them to the payment method stored in the order no later than 7 working days after receipt of the return.
